On my monitor I like it but I think if you put glass tile on a light wall and a dark wall it may look like different colors

The gray glass looks nice with your other finishes. I'm worried about the little strip under the window.

Forgot to mention you can get gray switch plates and outlets and switches at Lutron.

There's no such thing as timeless, so don't sweat it. You're as close as is reasonable...

White grout with 1/16 space, otherwise it will look like a solid gray backsplash. The thin white lines will be just enough to show off the subway shape without taking over. Love your kitchen by the way!
