Moving right along. Did I mention that every piece is labeled. Scared stiff I'll mix up the blocks if I turn around the wrong way. ☺ I've added all the vertical sashing and sewn the rows together. Last night I finished one quilt top - three to go. Then the backings.

Added another row to the string quilt and now I am doing a few of the string x blocks by Bonnie Hunter. Trying to use up as many bits and pieces as I can.

I hope to get three pillow cases made tomorrow, but still need to get the fabric! We had a dinner last night, a breakfast this morning, Charlotte's birthday party this afternoon, then a church Christmas party tonight. Tomorrow we have a party at 4, but hope to get some stuff done between church and then. Busy time of year. Looking forward to Charlotte's first birthday!

Sounds like I am on the same schedule as you, Sue. Maybe I can squeeze a pillowcase in for DD tomorrow. My goal was to have her room all done by Christmas. I put the posters in the frame, but have to hang them, paint her nightstand, make 2 pillowcases and a dresser scarf. Think I'll make a matching dog bed, too.

Donna, this is the second party for Sami. lol They had a big party with friends last Saturday but her birthday is really on the 10th. I think we will probably have a cake and watch her open gifts from her parents and us. The gift I ordered didn't arrive in time for the first party.
