laundry room/entry

Our laundry is currently in our entry from our garage (first picture). The garage is to the right, kitchen at the top, our master bedroom to the left, and exterior at the bottom. the empty 'room' in all of them is our master closet. The problems with our current layout: 1) currently entry has no space for coats or shoes for ourselves or guests. 2) we don't use our garden tub and consider it a waste of space. ( we aren't against a tub I'm the master, however this one used so much water to fill and is too shallow for our liking.)
The second picture makes our entry and closet one room, moving our closet into our bathroom.
Third picture leaves closet as is, shortens bathroom, moves laundry into existing tub space, but opens it to current entry.
Thoughts or feedback? I should add, our house is a manufactured home and we are considering moving in 5 years or so. I'm trying to make a small adjustment to the floor plan with the biggest impact.

I love a large laundry. Keep as many plumbing fixtures as you can the same to cut down on cost. Keep the double sinks. Change the large tub to a larger shower. Add a full height double cabinet where the small shower is now located.

You have some nice options!

The third layout seems to be the most thoughtful for spacial allocation. A large laundry room with mudroom storage will help with organization and eliminate much of the daily clutter which generally occurs throughout a home. While the size of your master bath is slightly compromised, it still looks to be an appropriate and functional amount of space. In addition, having your closet in or adjacent to the bathroom typically proves to be incredibly convenient!

any other thoughts? something like this is what I imagine #3 would look like ( not so many patterns, just layout).

This is just a rough sketch but using your first plan, you could possible get more functionality out of your laundry/mudroom area by turning your washer and dryer and adding a closet. I think you’d even have enough room for some 12-18” cabinets on the back wall, which would be great for storing an ironing board, mop, vacuum, cleaning products or hanging a drying bar/rack.
