I wouldn't paint the brick.

I'd paint the trim and the area around the windows a dark grey. Paint the garage doors a white that blends with the brick.

See how the dark trim of these modern houses accentuate the lines of the homes.

Here is a white brick with dark grey trim and a great coral door. You might want to think of a coral for your front door.

This is a warm dark grey from Benjamin Moore that I think would look good on your trim.

Your home is beautiful. I love the architecture. If you do not want to paint the brick, I would recommend SW7674 Peppercorn for your trim. It will add that modern esthetic and compliment the cream in the brick and look gorgeous with your door (love your door).

In my opinion the face of your house is not large enough for blocks of strong contrasting colors. I would match paint to the brick and use that for the eaves, fascia and door trim. I would paint the window surrounds a darker shade in tone with the brick. Like a tree bark color. The garage door is currently fighting for attention when it would be better to notice the nice entrance. That is why I say to match it to the brick.

Emmarene, that top picture is a very good look for the house, IMO. What is the color you used around the windows? Is it some kind of taupe or gray?

No need to paint the brick. I would start with a trim and garage color. Get several samples and try them first. If you stay in the gray color palette it will cool down the cream in the brick. But be sure it is complementary with the cream. Stay away from the greenish grays. Concentrate more on the warmer grays. If you find a color like SW7674 which has pretty much equal parts of red, yellow & blue, it will compliment a lot of colors:

If you go with a darker trim color, it will give the home a more crisp look against the cream brick. If you go with a lighter shade, it will fade more into the brickwork. Since you have a lot of brick, the darker color will become more of a statement than the brick. Make it look stately with an accent color that doesn't just fade away into the brickwork.

RYB speaks to channels of light that combine in different proportions to digitally create a sense of the color on a device - like a monitor, smartphone, tablet, etc.

RYB has nothing to do with paint colors or colorants, it doesn't describe or define how a color is perceived by human eyeballs. :)

What you're looking for is a hue/value/chroma LRV color notation.

I would want all the focus on that nice door. Paint the house to match the brick, except for the fascia board which can match your roof color. Then hit the door with something to make the heart race. Good lighting and landscaping will finish it beautifully.
