Wrong finish received. Can you send the matte black finish?

I ordered this fixture that says it is matte black & the cages are also matte black. The cages are matte black BUT the actual fixture is grey, like unfinished grey metal plumbing. How can I get the fixture that I actually ordered with the matte black finish?
