A few things

-Why would you want a bedroom off your master? There is no privacy there, add a wall.

-All the bathrooms seem tiny. Combining those two tiny ones for bed 1 and 2 and making a larger one will be much more useful.

-The kitchen is just one long hallway and doesn't maximize space

-What is a box room?!?

-The master bath layout is just...no

The plan needs closets, hallways, more private spaces with doors that close, realistic locations for the tv's where people can actually sit and watch them, and appropriately scaled furniture to show what's being built. The maid's room has no access to the house, and it is too small. The overall plan is not yet practical for a family. Ask yourself if you have seen people using front-street facing balconies in your area. If not, move the balconies to a more private location. The kitchen floor plan needs redesign by a professional kitchen designer who will include things like a refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave.

Where is the laundry room?

The cars shown in the garage do not have enough room to open the doors.

Put the maid's room, laundry room, box room, and storage on the ground floor. Move the kitchen to the same floor as the living area.

I’m all for closets too. To me that looks more of a car port than a garage are you building a modern home? There’s plenty homes that has balcony’s over looking the streets. How about having the kitchen where the dining table is and the dining table at where you the kitchen. Who will be doing the cooking if it’s the maid than I can see the kitchen being on the ground floor but if not kitchen should be on the first floor.

The things I noticed, in no particular order: there are no living areas. The maid's room is too small, as are the bathrooms. The kitchen and dining rooms seem strange to be on a level no other living spaces. Overall, I don't think this a very practical floorpan.
