We have room for a large square kitchen island or have 2 rectangular islands.One can haev small vegetable wash sink and can be used for food prep.

The other island can be a little wider with bar stools so we can use it for casual dining.

What is best in your opinion?

Considering the space we can use to walk in between and also storage that can be built under both islands.
