What do I do?

You call whoever you ordered from and try to deal with them. They should file a claim with FedEx. I had this happen with a rug, and no one would do anything about it because they claimed because the package was visibly damaged from the outside, I should never have accepted it. I've had better luck with bigger companies like Wayfair, who will just send out a new one.

Call the seller immediately and ask for a refund or replacement. Follow up with a certified letter. If they give you anything other than immediate satisfaction, then dispute the transaction with your credit card company.
