My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thanks for the question. The coffee table is a vintage table that the owners inherited from their parents. However, a reproduction could be made using reclaimed wood or new wood distressed to look old.

    This is a refurbished ships hatch cover from a Liberty ship. Bases were then added. I have one with a wrought iron base!

    Possibly...but I am in Michigan and it is really heavy (but also amazingly sturdy)! However, I would consider selling it.
