New build beachy feel

we have selected soft white shaker cabinets with an espresso island. We just found a granite "white ice". That we love for the countertop. Would love your creative thoughts for the back splash. House will have lots of color with walls ..... floors will be wood that makes a statement. Let me have it creative people! Thanks in advance!

Couple of pics, the first four are mine. The fifth one is a marble chevron pattern that I think is very different and striking.

Love a sea glass colored backsplash for beach. Glass tile, crackled subway, tumbled glass mosaic, back painted glass.

The mosaic is in my beach house kitchen and the white shower with seaglass stripe is in one of the beach bathrooms. The full seaglass shower is in my full time house and so is the white wavy subway tile shower. I chose the same white wavy tile for that beach shower and had enough of the seaglass left over from other house. That was lucky!

Love the tile in mforr's bathroom photos. Here's a similar concept and I like the glass displayed at the beach as well. mforr - remember this kitchen?

The poster of that one said those tiles weren't available in that "mix " anymore, but could be recreated using tiles from a few different lines by same manufacturer

I love it too, but kind of a pain to clean with a ll that glassware. I guess it's worth it to look THAT good. I usually delete most of the pics that I use for suggestions, but one or two I keep, even if I don't need them for any future plans. These photos are keepers :) they just make me happy
