Under any of its renditions, 'pride of India' is not technically a herb.....so this is really not a great place to post this question :-) And while that name can be applied to several different plants/trees, they are all deciduous ones or lose their leaves in winter. So if you live in a climate that is now experiencing winter, dropping all the leaves is completely expected. And yes, it should come back in spring, provided all other conditions have been addressed.
