I have no idea if the sinks would have enough space but this gives you a bigger shower.

@suezbell, Thank you, that is obvious, only thing is I also need to create double closet space in the master bedroom, likely have a dress room close to the window. So I would be a little bit reluctant to get the space from the closet. Any other thoughts?

Can you build on to your home? If so, you could nearly double the width of the closet on the left as you get rid of the closet on the right.

I think it is hard without knowing the size and measurements of the area, but i think it is worth revamping the entire space, especially if you want both a larger shower and closet space. Option 1 - guess in door size,may need to drop closet back. Option 2 - I suggest because of where the vanity sits, possibly one large long sink but with double taps/faucets maybe from the wall or mixers. Anyway just some ideas. I think you are most likely not able to relocate your toilet if you have neighbor's below you. Therefore I like Bonnie's second option of just rearranging the closet and shower spaces. I think well fitted closets or pax wardrobes can fit more clothes than standard walk-ins if losing closet space is a big issue.

If you move the entry door to the bedroom toward the piano, you give yourself more space to play with for close space.

If you start ripping this bathroom apart, you are going to spend a lot of money for very little gain. It sounds like you need a bigger unit altogether. Is that an option? You will also have to get Condo board approvals. What you can do is get pull down rods for your closets that would roughly double the hanging space. Off season cloths could go high and current season on lower rods. Buy a pair of closet units (ikea and others sell these and put one on each side of bed, allowing room for small night stands or shelf’s for night stands with wall mounted plug in lights. Bbl with examples.

Here is little concept mock up. I just used whites and styles can be your choice, but the idea is to create a wall that is multifunctional on the long wall of the master bedroom. The budget will be the controlling issue.

A serious purge of your clothing comes first.

You guys have many helpful suggestions (@suezbell, @Bonnie Waldron, @auntthelma, @ Flo Mangan) ! And sure the pull down rods will be install. To summarize, so far has 4 different layout,

I really like the options 1, this is the best to use the space, but not sure if it's even possible in a condo.

Option 2, needs swapping, also not sure if it's feasible.

Options 3, just move the shower - if it's doable in a condo, the downside is the closet will be smaller.

Option 4, this is possible for sure, jut the closet get smaller again, and the hallway will get longer if i add a closet in front of the right closet.

Any other thoughts?

Since the bedroom is 19' long, there's room to add a set of double sided closets. This gives the room some privacy from the kitchen and each side has nearly the same amount of hanging space as the original 'right-side' walk-in closet. There's also room for an additional smaller closet where the right-side closet was. Together this is adding like 75% more closet space than currently. The back-to-back closets could be very attractive and built-in looking (see examples below)

This change also gives you room for a larger shower (add a bench and a niche). I'd switch it out to 1 sink and add a set of drawers for storage between the vanity and the toilet (don't need to move the toilet)

It would help us help you if we could get some feedback from you. Have you talked to your Condo board and determined what you can and can’t do in the unit? What budget have you earmarked for this project?

Thanks everyone for the suggestions! There are good points in all the options. I think it over and over, even though I like the previous option #1 a lot, I realized the TV wall is a concrete wall, so cannot move the door open that way.

I try to be more realist, like you said budget-wise and if I sell this unit in the future, they are likely don't need a hug amount of closet space.

So I think I will make the shower room bigger and make lots of movable wardrobe units. I'm not sure what would be the best way to fit the pink wardrobe unit in the image below, I don't want the room to feel smell or separated:

Option A - I feel the bed is close to the pink wardrobe might make it feel close to the wall, but the good thing is the room doesn't feel separated.

Option B - The bed doesn't feel very close to the wall but the room feels separated with the pink wardrobe and created hallway which I feel it waste the space.

Any other potential options?

I like @damiarain 's idea of making it a big single sink and some draws on the side - I want to have a one piece vanity top with sink (not undercount), seems hard to find people to make it.

@Flo Mangan I was looking for those closet lift, they all seem to be manual (could be quite heavy) on the market, do you know if there is an automate one?
