Would love some expertise on the best small housing recessed LED light. I have a little over 8 ft ceiling in my apartment and wanted to put recessed LED lights in during my renovation but wanted a small housing so as not to drop the ceiling.

I was hoping to put in LED lights with less than a 3 inch height and I found these USAI lights that have 2 1/2" high housings.
