    Hello,

    The floor is polished concrete with underfloor wet heating system

    It can be cool during the summer, warm to the feet during winter, it is hardwearing and cleans up easily. Its reflective nature allows for reflected light to penetrate further into the interior, making the whole space much brighter - (even if the concrete comes in darker shades)
