Without seeing the rest of the space, my suggestions would be to take all your small items off your tv cabinet and put a good sized piece of art on the other wall.

You are on the right track with your colorful floor vase but the spot needs a larger vase.

Would not paint the coffee table white; it goes well with your floor lamp as is; like your floor lamp.

Since you likely need your tv where it is and if you have no other place to put the desk, you could hang the tv on the wall a few inches above the desk or add a modern box shelf atop the desk, perhaps painted black, on which to set the tv.

Shelf could be single simple rectangle made from shelving boards -- make it as wide as your tv.

korbs35, personally, I don't believe you need a large case for the TV, the one you have is perfectly fine. D_gw is correct, just remove the small pieces (they are not needed) and put a piece of art you love above the TV. I would also remove the large vase in the corner next to the TV. Agree that the coffee table should not be painted white. Again, personally, I do not care for hanging TVs on the wall; they are awkward to view and a strain on the neck in my experience.

The TV is on an Eletric fireplace TV stand. Would you put anything on the wall next to TV wall?

I would consider taking your pictures from your gallery arrangement above your sofa and putting them on the two open walls, three on one wall and three on the other. Then get one large piece of art over the sofa.

Your gallery art looks good but the dark sofa is overpowering it a bit.
