Ok I hope you don't mind me asking...;) We are doing a 9.5' W x 4.5'D island and we have 10 ft ceilings. What size harmon pendants and how many should I do over the island? Behind the island will be a 48" stove which is in between two narrow windows on each side. Sink is opposite of the stove in the island. I was thinking 2 19" ones? They are huge in person but maybe won't be as big looking once installed? Would love and appreciate your help!!

kseeger. I have a 3x6 island and went with 2 15" pendants. We have 9' ceilings. Since u have a Long Island, have u considered 3 x 15" versus 2x19"? A friend of ours has a 8.5' island and wished she had three pendants.

If I do consider the 15" I think 3 would be good. I guess I was avoiding it hitting in the middle of the custom hood on the back wall. Does your friend have the 15" Harmon pendents? Thank so much for your help!!

My friend doesn't., but here's a pic of mine (excuse the unfinished fridge/freezer, pic was taken before we finished it) .. 3x6 island 2x15" Harmon pendants. 30" stove, but area above stove is 36"
