I think one's too big and one's a bit too small. Can you mount the smaller one on a contrasting (maybe navy blue?) piece of board so it would fill the space a bit better and act (visually at least) as a picture frame? It'd also give you a chance to add a bit of color.

I think its a toss up but if I had to select I would go with the larger one. I think both sizes look fine.

I would suggest the smaller pierce because like @iheartsix said, the larger one extends beyond the windows and door measurements. If there was a size in between the two that you said, that would've complimented the wall better and made it into one of the focal points in your house.

Also, that handmade wooden flag looks really awesome!
