Will this plan become overcrowded? Too many invasive plants?

Hi, I just got a quote from my landscaper and this plan seems like to me that it'll get overcrowded in a few years and there are too many invasive plants?

Background here, we're building a house in Maryland. Our house backs up to a forest and we have a lot of deer. We have two young kids and a dog. The front/side yard will get mostly sun. He is putting river rocks where the A/C unit is on the side of the house.

Before I reply to my landscaper, I wanted to share my edits with you and see what your thoughts were? Thanks!

1) Catmint - keep

2) Lirope - delete (had it before, don't like them), replace with dwarf mondo grass

3) Burning Bush - delete (invasive species, poisonous for dogs and kids, they'll grow to be HUGE), replace with fountain grass

4) Hydrangea, limelight - keep

5) Sweetspire 'henry's garnet' - keep

6) heavenly bamboo - delete (invasive species, hard to remove), replace with Sundrops

7) holly blue princess - delete

8) holly Emily bruner - delete

9) inkberry, compact - keep

10) hydrangea blue Nikko - keep

11) redbud - keep
