You can do a porch about 6' out of masonry, wrapped with stone matching foundation or you can do a nice deck using composite materials which is very popular now.

It will look something using masonry materials.

If you want to put a roof over the porch, I would probably do something like this.

The time to design your porch was before the building process. Going back now is peeling off work just completed and adding $$. I’m surprised no one has mentioned that thus far (?)

I repeat: Your house structure does not allow for what you invision. This means completely stripping off the facade and adding a whole new addition to the front. Meaning: $$. Will you recoupe this costly upgrade? I doubt it. Seek the advice of an architect and call the bank. Best of luck.

What did you end up doing? I'm in a similar situation with our modular. Didn't even consider a porch would be such a challenge!
