That might be flea beetle damage. Have you seen any tiny little black bugs jumping around the plants? If so, their damage is usually trivial, unless you have a severe infestation. Doesn't look like you do.

I have not seen any.

Agree that it looks like flea beetles but it is minor damage either way and nothing to worry about.
