My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      You can also built-to-order a kitchen island similar to this one at www.lakeandmountainhome.com. We use 100% reclaimed Old Pine and Old Oak wood that's salvaged from barns across America. Any of the sizes, colors, and textures are completely customizable.

      This is a beautiful kitchen - can you tell me what the footprint measurements are? And also the island/table/bench - was this made specially, and is it fixed or movable? Thank you!

      The room is approximately 12' x 22.' The island was designed and custom made by Buckminster Green. It is fixed as it is very heavy.
