M4 Thread Metallic Board Handle knob magnet screw

What is meant by size 1 and size 5? I am looking for a concealed replacement screw for my shower door towel bar (one of the screws on my bar snapped in half)....this is the only item that looks even close to what i need. can't find anything anywhere else.....I do not know what make my doors are..they are sliding glass around 30 years old. Thank you!
