linen white and white dove are a creamier white- I don't think you can find a white with yellow and grey undertones- grey is a cooler color and yellow is warmer-they are opposite-choose one-get a fan deck and look at the whole color strip-that will tell you which is which

Why? There are so many wonderful colors, choose anything but white

Looking at paint chips is how you start to choose a paint...look at lots of chips, bring them home, get some sample cans of paint, paint them on the walls. and see what you like...and yes don't confine your choices to whites...what fabric,pillows, wallpaper, or artwork do you have? what colors are do you like from among those?
