Droopy Lavender

Hi guys!
My lavender plant has been looking pretty sad for the past month, I'm not entirely sure which type of lavender it is, it's pretty bushy and doesn't have any flowers. Intitially when it started drooping I assumed I'd been overwatering but that didn't help. Now it's looking a little dried out and I just repotted it so it's looking extra fragile at the moment. Does anyone have any advice on how to get it to perk back up?
