Yes, there is a One Billion Dollar listing in Beverly Hills for 127-128 acres. It is made up of 17 parcels but it is being marketed to the 100 or so of the worlds 2800 billionaires, as a single sale.

    If I am going to pay that much for a piece of property, I am going to want to know if it is 127 or 128 acres.
