Where do I place furniture?

I'm design challenged, and when I see this mock up of our basement floor plan, I can't figure out where what should go. It's an open space, and I want to have a tv, comfy couch and armchairs and a bed for out of town guests. But with the layout of the doors, in my mind it doesn't make for a easy layout. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Observations: A) Finish a guest room in the large utility area. B) Use a Murphy Bed [check wall attachment in a basement] or a sofa/hide-a-bed in the open area. Either could work depending on how the space is arranged. Nice of you to have a Bathroom in the basement for your guests.

Where are the windows this area? If this is going to function as social/sleeping space, please be sure an EGRES is available.

Thanks everyone! Because we're not classifying the basement open area as a "Bedroom" I am not adding eggress windows. We don't have a steady stream of visitors so it's not like there's someone sleeping in the basement for months at end. Just a nice option to have.
