Its easy to get Crypton mixed up in what it really is. Its not a per-say fabric type but a treatment that goes on the fabric to make it resistant to staining and any stains on it will puddle-up making for quick wipe and its gone. Plus older stains will be easier to clean off because it seals the individual fibers.

helbrod This is an old post but... did you get the Crypton Gabrielle / Shelby? I'm considering it?It might also be the Granbury. can't tell because the manufacturer assigns it's own number, so you can't cross reference. Anyway, I'm wondering about durability or pilling? It's polyester. Thanks!
