We just moved into a new house with a finished walk out basement. The pictures I’m posting are only half of the basement, the other half is going to be for kids. There is a bar in the corner of the room where I am having trouble deciding where to put the gym. The other section I’ll put a couch and eventually some chairs so I can have a place to sit when we have company over or if we bbq. As you see I put my gym set across the bar next to the window and fireplace. He other section in front of the bar I placed the sofa. I’m now debating if it would be better to put the gym in the other area and seating around the fireplace. The only problem is the opening to the bar is where the sofa is now. I don’t know if putting a gym there would look awkward relative to the entrance to the bar.
