Laminate is a poor choice for below grade spaces.

You still need that 100K and professional assistance. If you cannot provide the needed information and diagrams, someone is going to have to do that for you to create the proper space plan and diagrams for the contractors to follow. Tape measure, ruler, architects scale, graph paper, notebook paper, camera,etc. This is not optional. It is a requirement.

That photo of a monitor is completely unreadable. Just do a proper screenshot in the computer and post it. Right-side up, too. Don't make people work to help you.
