Dear "mystery paint" designer,
Telling people your paint colors, fabrics, and furniture manufacturers doesn't take away from the service you are supposed to provide your clients, which is much like an artistic composition made of many elements that you put together--that's the artistry you are paid for. Since you didn't make the paint or the chairs, you should say where you got them and credit the craftspeople and companies that did that part of the work. Do chefs not tell the sources of their ingredients? Of course they do. All the artists I know proudly reveal the materials they use in their art, confident in their individual vision and expression. Why so insecure?

Don't post your "artistic" designs on a site like Houzz knowing that browsers will ask these questions. You are very pompous and I wouldn't hire you at all.

wow! i don't even like the color or design all that much, but find you very narcissistic & obnoxious! unless you design, hand mix and pour the paint yourself the paint is not yours. do you really think paint colors are exclusive? heck, anyone can color match these days! looks like charcoal grey to me!
