Look up automatic condensate removal pump. You just stick it in your dehumidifier tank and connect small hose. Easy peasy. I know some people that drill it to the outside if freezing is not an issue.

OK my initial description may have been bad

If the hose coming out of the dehumidifier is higher than the highest point of the hose end going into the sink you don't need any pump. Water will alway seek it's own level.

In other words the hose can be 50 foot long and as long as the exit is lower than the entrance the water will drain. It doesn't need to be a big difference. It can be as little as a 1/2 inch difference and it will drain.
