Hedera/Ivy has blooms with this shape, so compare with that.

I agree with Hedera and likely Hedera helix. When climbing high in a tree, the vine matures and the leaves are no longer lobed. It's a highly invasive plant.

Very defiinitely the flowers and developing fruit of Hedera helix. Living in the PNW, I am exceptionally familiar with this hugely invasive plant!!

btw, under ideal growing conditions, the plant does not need much height before it changes from its more familiar juvenile form to the adult stage with more heart-shaped leaves and flowers and fruit.

Yes, I realise it's an undesirable invasive in the US. I just wanted to point out that in its natural home it's an important plant and not toxic to the wildlife which has evolved with it.
