So I live in a Cape Cod style home built in the mid-1950's and the interior is decorated in midcentury modern (but classic) style. Because it is Cape Cod design, the architecture isn't overly modern and has more of a cottage feel. We're in the process of updating our front door, sidelight and exterior lighting but I'm torn on which light to go with. I like my home to feel authentic to its time period but current.

I've included a picture of my house from the winter and also photos of the lights I'm considering. I intend to use the same light for the front and back of the house and yes – the light on the front of the house is on top of our shutter for some reason. Thoughts?
