Hello jnejaime,

I always start with a color palette. It helps you focus on what you really want to see since color is the first thing your eye and mind process. After that, its the overall design style. What styles do you like? Narrow it down to one that you would be happy living with.

I have an Ideabook with color palettes in it that may help. If you don't find one you like, I can work with you to create one. Here's the link: https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/84492682/list/color-palette-creations
