We redid our backsplash with the exact tumbled tile shown in your middle position and love it . The first tile on the left is a bit busy looking for my taste. Our counter top is very similar in color to yours. Good luck with your remodel !

The best choice with your granite is the simplest backsplash, and not necessarily one of the three you have chosen. The backsplash should not compete with the countertop.

The small glass tile mosaics are one of the most regretted backsplash. What looks pretty on a 12 x 12 sheet is visually overwhelming for most kitchens, and I have not seen it use in a new home for years.

Use a simple backsplash so as not to compete with, or take away from, the beauty of the countertop - also to keep the space visually calm.

. you are headed for a dark kitchen. If that is what you want, run the granite up the splash. Second tile from left in photo from left is a possibility. You don't show your flooring. What is that?

Absolute no to far left and right tiles

Try the lightest color in your countertop in a glass tile or subway tile for a backsplash. You don't need anything complicated if you are doing darker cabinets and have a busy countertop.
