My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Anyone Have any Feedback on "Happy Floor" Tiles?

So my husband is in love with a Happy Floor porcelain tile with texture--more or less the texture of a smoothed stone you'd get from the ocean--it's called "Utah" and has a matte look. I can see where it would help prevent slipping, but has anyone used these? Do they need to be sealed, and are they easy to clean?Utah Glacier

    We are using Happy Floor tiles! My contractor said they have been super easy to install and they look lovely! I fell in love with Calacatta natural but chose and different one due to cost. We chose Sublime. I'll post pics later.
