The MB has carpet...yuk. One of the sliding shower doors doesn't open...so clearly it needs attention. The laundry is a great size but has white inexpensive cabinetry and formica counter. Throughout our home are high-end materials except for this room. I would love to redo both rooms to update and increase the value as well as enjoy it.
