need help picking a counter to go with antique white cabinets

Hi all,

I have loved this site since my first kitchen remodel 5 years ago and I trust your opinions. I’m really disappointed in my Kashmir white granite; it has gotten so dingy and almost greenish looking. So we are replacing them. My cabinets are “crystal white” which is like an off white/cream color. I don’t want to drama of stained granite anymore but I do want light counter tops so I am looking at some quartz and need advice. I really liked Cambria Torquey and LG Soprano because they are a warm/off white with some veining. The yard I went to also showed me some quartzmaster Calacatta gray which I love but think it might be too white for my cabinets.
Any advice or suggestions?

I just installed Taj Mahal on our white cabinets and it is beautiful.

No I have not considered concrete. I just searched some pictures and it is a little too dark for my taste.

You could look at Marbella white Q quartz. It's light veining provides something to be desired but doesn't overpower from a distance. Q quartz have a few others that would work well like calcatta mist, Calcatta Grigio and a few others starting with Calcatta which will keep you in the marble white palette. LG and Cambria are both excellent products as well. I love the idea of Taj Mahal but the price point can be a bit off putting if you're trying to stay within a standard budget. Best of luck!

i have antique white cabinets (matches BM Sea pearl) and went with LG rococo quartz. its white and creamy patches, mixed together and has worked well.

My kitchen and main bathroom cabinets are SW Alabaster. We did MSI Calacatta Verona in bathroom, and love it. In the kitchen, on the perimeter we did a serenity smoke quartz.

LG seems to have several countertops that work well with warmer tones. Soprano is pretty. I have White Pearl, which looks busy in the sample, but it not so when you step back and Rococo is pretty also. My neighbor has Aria also pretty, but it has a darker line in it which works well with her dark cabinets, but maybe not as well with light. I've seem my countertop on white, dark stained wood and mid tone wood so it works well with many tones, but it is busier then Soprano.
