There are two recessed can lights but that is it. We hadn't figured out a way to cover the utility wall yet. We were thinking of putting a long counter under the window for folding but that is as far as we got.

Yes, we did a painted tin ceiling it in the downstairs bathroom which is light blue and has a reclaimed hardwood floor. It looks amazing. I would go crazy with tin ceilings if left to my own devices. But it may be better to just paint the ceiling white and call it a day.

This part of the house is an addition done on the cheap and it has both this large laundry room and a bedroom. The owners before us used that driftwood fake paneling in both rooms walls and ceilings. Paint helped. But the ceiling still remains.
