I really like Napa/Chinese cabbage but every time I grow it it is fuzzy like borage. Can someone direct me to a smooth variety like you buy in the store?

I have tried Michihili, Kyoto, and Bok.....(forgot whole name) and all were fuzzy. I was thinking it may be my soil but purchased starts only called Napa were perfect and delicious. I start just about everything from seed and want to keep it that way if I can.

Please help
