For my aesthetics they are too close together and hung on a wall too large for the frame size. Unless you plan on adding more pictures on the wall to make a collage type display, I’d move them to a smalller wall.

Number 1 you have 2 themes going on,,,1st Antler over Bed ,,2nd Pastoral just does not go..Bedspread also , keep the Antlers change up to Buffalo Plaid for Bed Comforter folded neatly on Bottom with Euro Pillows at Head ,,A large Leaning Mirror Country Style would be a great asset to That large Wall with a small Bench that is narrow like a Milking stool

Good "rule" is either one frame's width apart or one hand's breadth apart for super skinny frames. Agree that the theme of the room needs tweaking and the wall is too large for those prints.

If you want them that close, I would paint a color block on the wall as a background.

I like the new bedding and also like to change bedding for the seasons. Warm and cozy winter light and cool summer. I don't like anything above my bed I would just take the antlers down. give the pictures even more space like celery girl shows but you don't need to stagger them if you don't like. Nice inviting room
