I've used ccspf (closed cell spray foam insulation) on a number of houses, usually for the rim joists and in garage ceilings under finished space. I use a company with long experience with custom builders. In the US, check if they're members of the Spray Polyurethane Foam Alliance.

I did the basement in one home entirely with ccspf. The big difference to other methods was the absolute tightness of the seal. With no way for moisture in the new concrete and building materials to escape, you must keep dehumidifiers running immediately when the job is done, especially if you're finishing the basement. The homeowner didn't empty the humidifiers and the trim, and door frames were very shortly twisting and warping.

As well, the home should be clear of other workers for a day or two.

And until the foam is covered, workers must be very cautious about flames. A plumber accidentally touched a section of the foam and everyone ran from the house and the incredibly nauseating stench of burned ccspf.

An alternative that I've used is tongue and groove XPS (extruded polystyrene foam board), mechanically attached to the foundation wall. It involves a lot of fiddly labour and details but is a consistent factory manufactured material.

Unless yours is the rare home with polyethylene and layers of insulation under the concrete floor, your basement is subject to moisture drive upwards through the floor through vapour diffusion and capillary suction. So it's always important to keep mechanical dehumidifcation at the ready, to keep the rh 50% or less.
