Karasmontana. Put it in a relatively organic mix with small particles that is fast-draining and water it a little about once a week to encourage root growth. It doesn't need water now, it will absorb the old leaves but if the soil is bone dry, roots will not form. Try regular misting or very light watering, do not drench it. Once you are sure there are roots you can give more water

I had read that I would be in trouble if it did not have roots by the time I needed to water. I will do the misting/light watering.

I think the coloring looks most similar to Tischeri or Mickbergensis, but I am not sure if the lighter colored ones can also show darker.
