My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Monroe Bisque is one of the B.M. "historic colors" and is extremely easy to live with -- it is warm and harmonious, looks great day and night. We went thru about 30 samples before deciding on this color. I recall it being an "Aura" paint which is flat but very rich looking. The hand textured walls are a light skip, pretty smooth, not too heavy or rustic. Many other color samples we tried were either too pink, too yellow, too green or too dark but this one was just right!
