Hi all, wife and I are looking for advice on how to best layout this living room. There are myriad challenges here:

- Can’t mount TV above fireplace

- Need to keep a good flow from 3 egress points (foyer, kitchen, master bed)

- A corner unit for TV but a centered Fireplace (we like to watch tv here)

- No center-floor outlet

We are open to new furniture, so if you have any suggestions, pics from Pinterest or your own jobs, we will take all the advice we can get!
