Our contract was for labor with me paying for materials. Has anyone had a contractor charge them for tools? In bills that were submitted, there were ~250 bucks worth of blades to cut tiles. Wasn't asked about it and wasn't told it was needed. Ive had many renovations over my 2 homes in the last 15 years and this is the first time I've been asked for something like this. They also want the balance of the payment despite having to make these fixes.
