The loss of color is often caused by low light, it may resolve itself as we move into sunnier days of spring. It may also be due for transplanting into a new pot, it does look like it has outgrown it but the photo angle may be deceiving.

Lower light, not as colourful. More light, more colour. If it’s warmer, gradually acclimate it to full sun and the purple will return.

One of the dark spots appeared on a day when the weather suddenly jumped from 50s-60s up to 75 degrees, which isn't too hot, but it was also extremely sunny so it could've sunburned? Weird since usually my stuff usually sunburns in 90+ F, but maybe it's not the temp that matters but instead the speed of increase.

There is a drainage hole, and I use 50% perlite with cactus soil. I'm guessing the air circulation is okay outdoors on my shaded patio, but since it has rained all winter the air could've been too moist too often. Maybe some of the scarring is from mealies (like, there are suspicious white specks in the Jan picture when I got it, though they didn't turn brown like mealies w/ alcohol).

I guess I'm mostly baffled since my location has succulents in everyone's yards and street sides year-round, and none of my other plants are complaining as much as this one. Like someone mentioned, it could resolve on its own with spring.

Yes agreed, It will sort it's self out when the sun returns. Maybe keep it under the grow light for now.

High humidity will cause problems, some plants will suffer more than ohers. Sunburn is always a possibility - not so much the higher temps but sun intensity. And mealy bugs , or some other bugs, certainly could be culprits in leaf damage - bugs like to feast on newest - juiciest growth. Hope it will recover with better weather, pls. update to see if any improvement. It looks like Echeveria Perlevon Nurnberg, mine turns rich, dark purple/red in full sun:
