My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

missing keys

Hi, we purchased 3 deadbolts and could not find the keys (Two keys included, Rekeyable, Kwikset Keyway) in the delivered product. Is it possible to send replacement keys? Thanks.

    Hello,

    Did you happen to open the boxes and separate the two halves of the deadbolt? The keys should be in the bubble wrap between the deadbolt parts.

    yes we did open a box and did not find the key between the deadbolt halves.
