Master Bathroom has not been updated since home was built.

We were the first homeowners of our home, and it had been previously lived in for a few months, prior to our lease/purchase agreement. My husband retired after 20+ years in the USAF, and we returned to the Warner Robins, GA to settle and complete raising our 4 children. Our eldest, twin girls, were just entering their sophomore year in high school, to be soon followed by another daughter, then our son. We bought the house because of it's proximity to the best high school in the county, and because of the lease/purchase agreement . This was 1998. Several years later, after many periods of unemployment by one or both of us, all the expenses of raising children through college and paying for weddings, etc. we find ourselves with a very outdated, dumpy master bathroom. All of the other projects around the house, who could be seen by the public, we "made do" by DIY projects. We could really use direction and assistance with a master bath update.
