The problem will be when the birds fledge. If the dogs are there most of the time they may kill the chicks if they can't fly far enough away.

I’d have confidence that the birds knew what they were doing. As was mentioned in another post, I’d be more concerned after they’re hatched. Those eggs are so pretty.

Maybe you can keep the dogs inside the house and take them for walks, at least until the birds are able to fly away?
